how to transfer halo 3 legendary maps to another account?

i made a new account and for some reason it wont let me have the maps so what i have to do is sign in with my other account and play the maps on a local game and then i would have the maps any tips??

You can call X box, they will transfer the maps. They don't like to do it, but if you keep them on the phone long enough and complain and think of a "good enough" excuse as to why you had to change your name .... harassment etc... then they will transfer for you.
