How to you make a Halo 1 mini-game? (Like the ones you find on google)?

I have liked the ones that they do on google and I was wondering if anybody could tell me how to me them. Cause like i mean, they are fun and all for the first MINUTE, but after that 1 minute it gets boring and so I thought that I would make one! Even if nobody played it.
