How would i take a 1 GB flash drive i just bought and download my halo 3 clips...

...from my xbox 360 onto it? i just recently purchased a 1 Gigabyte USB flash drive to copy my halo 3 video clips from my xbox 360 onto my flash drive. only thing is, im not to sure what to do. HELP!!!
IT APPEARS AS IF I HAVENT EVEN PUT IN THE FLASH DRIVE INTO MY CONSOLE. I ASSUME IT SHOULD BE RIGHT UNDER "HARD DRIVE". WTF!!!!???????
