I can't find a match in Halo 3 matchmaking...?

This problem was occurring yesterday and I tried it again today. I can get up to almost 300 games found but no possible matches.

Can anyone help me or is anyone else experiencing this same problem?
(my internet works and i can connect to xbox live. I have not cheated at all. )
