I Can't Get The Halo 3 Catch Skull?

I can't get the catch skull on storm and it's the only one i need.I got it once on Xbox Live with my friend but i didn't get the achievement or the Hayabusa Head and i didn't even get it in the menu with the other skulls. Does someone know what's going on!

DONt bother going to that vid its a fraud to get ppl to go there for pnts something like that NOOB! anyway for your question just keep trying ull HAVE To get it once
