i have 760 gamer score on halo 3 and still dont have the security shoulders...

uhh i think ur talking about the hayabusa shoulders. u have to get it by collecting all the skulls

you need to get all those beta points or somthing on the Campaign,,,,it doesn't go by gp...turn on skulls and play beta campaign and you will eventually get it...

to get sectruity shoulders you need 810 gamerscore for halo 3
or 805 (something like that)
