i have a xbox 360 halo 3 edition with the rrod.?

the power sorce works on my other xbox so it has to be my xbox. iv tried the penny, x clamp, and towel trick. so the 3 lights flash when i turn it on and the fan never turns on. the light on the power box stays orange on my halo 3 xbox how can i fix this.
