I have two questions,one about halo 3,another about microsoft visual basic?

about halo 3...i dont have xbox live and was wondering do you have to have live to play system link?the other is once your done installing microsoft visual basic what do you do to bring it up?

First...Xbox Live is not required to use System Link.

Second... Visual basic should be hiding under a folder caller "Visual Basic <version>" or "Microsoft Visual Studio <version>", respectively.
