I need help with my Halo 3 machinima?

Im plannin on making a Halo 3 machinima series and ive already written the first episode, i honsestly think its gonna be a big hit it is sooo funny- Anyways, I recently got banned from xbox live so will that be an issue for me? Firstly i would like to know how i can capture the video for the acting i make from my xbox and put it on a computer? Im not just supposed to stand there and film my tv from my camera, and also how do put the voice acting in the machinima movie and all that stuff? Do you and a bunch of people meet up on xbox lice or something? Im really new with this so if you can please tell me how you did it or how to do it through your experiances that would be great. thank you.

Your gonna need live probably.. You need a Capture card to get the video onto your computer. I use the Dazzle from Best Buy. And if you plan to edit Vegas pro is pretty good.
