I know how to get it. On bungie.net they tell you.It's called the road to recon. You have to unlock all 7 VidMaster challenges. Some are in Halo 3 some in Halo ODST, you need both to play. My gamer tag is "King418" I just want 3 people to get the armor with me because for 3 of the challenges you need 4 players. I am an average to above average player and I have 4 of the 7 challenges done. Please respond if you would like to help. Thank you.
