I'm a leutenant grade 2 on Halo 3 Matchmaking, but it won't give me the Spartan Officer achievment (become a leutenant and join the ranks as a spartan officer) I also have the pin in service record. The wierd thing is that I have a friend the same rank as me and he has it. Plzzz help 10 points to best answer!

You have to Be a Leutenant in the Playlists rank not your Original Rank it's part of the Halo New Ranking Stuff.
EX : My Original Rank is Captain Grade 2 But in Social Slayer im a Commander Grade 2
