I ordered Halo Wars on christmas day from Ebay used, i got it and it has

[Steelers champions!]

scratches and is UN-USABLE? Should i report the selling? If i do what do i report under?
I contacted the seller today.
Is there any way to get a refund?

I bought it and it came 15 days ago. The game is scratched, and it seems as if the seller made it himself because he has a label "Gamers_Factory" on the front of the disk. On 3 consoles, the disk failed to load multiple, multiple times.

First contact the seller ,if you don't get a response, you can file a claim with Ebay,claims with Ebay can take a long time an many emails. You cannot contact them on the phone, Best advice contact the seller, a good seller will make it right so there feedback doesn't get hurt.A sellers feedback really impacts there sales. I will pay more for an item from a seller with good feeback personally. I buy everything online -

Sorry all you can do is report it, try to contact the buyer and get a refund. If not you can take it to a game store and they will buff out scratches for about 2 bucks
