I really need a halo 3 multiplayer buddy!?

I am a captain and have a skill level of 22 on team slayer but I can't seem to raise it anymore and have to keep dwindling at around 20 because I keep getting teamed up with really bad halo players. right now i am at 19 so someone that has a fair knowledge at halo 3 wants to help me out it will be greatly appriciated. just send me your gamer tag and I'll send you a friend invite, mine is SLADE 91.
