I want 2 play halo 1 for the pc?

I want to play this game and i just found out from another question that you can turn the blood off with decals. I have played the game and thought it was fine byt my parents won't consider it because it is M. I have t games that are worse like splinter cell and when i compare it to that they say nothing how can i get them to let me play it and is it worse than splinter cell for the pc?

I work at gamestop and parents that come in often ask us about M rated games and how bad they are. take them to gamestop and that employee you speak to should be honest and tell them that it's really not that bad.
