I know were and who to sell my cards 2 but i might play with them still so i think i should make a good deck with okay cards and get rid of some of the good ones that aren't use for me to sum1 else

Get an ebay account, it's easy but you need a credit card, if you aren't old enough get one from your parents, you just need the card code thats all, you can probably almost get a 360 for that (on ebay that is).

Gamestop is the worst place to trade you video game stuff in to. They will only offer you an a quarter of what they think they can sell it for. Your best bet is EBay.
