in halo 3 i can get the skull on the desert place where you get a scoprion?

i know you have to throw a grav lift and jump up but i cant get it do you have to throw it on the ramp?????

ya throw it on the ramp kinda close to the end and run and jump. u cant just stand there and get to it. HAVE TO RUN AND JUMP!!!
