In Halo 3 what does does this symbol next to your gamertag mean?

Ok I know most of you have seen this quite a lot in Halo 3 Matchmaking. A lot of people have wondered about the meaning of the symbol (aka The Seventh Column) appearing next to your gamertag in Matchmaking. There are times it shows up on a few people within the game party. Now I have been asked about this symbol by a friend of mine on Xbox Live. I really wanted to know about it as well. So now I ask you. Do you know why the symbol/ Seveth Column appears?

people get the seventh column watermark when they register their account at bungie.net

you can go there now and do it

It means the player who has it has a bungie account on "bungie.net", you can get it by going on "bungie.net" and creating an account using your xbox live details..

Simply go to Bungie.net & create an account & use your gamertag you will be asked if you want the Seventh Column just check the box that says "show" then there you go. =) Happy Gaming
