Dude, tell your friend to LET YOU SEE IT ( they probably won't.) that is how you know if your friend is lying, I personally guarantee that if your friend DOES have it,it's an ILLEGAL bootleg copy, because I'll tell you like everyone else will tell you,it is a Microsoft owned title for the Xbox and PC.
