Is Halo 3 (as well as all other previous Halo's) strictly a first person

shooter? i.e. No other camera angles. I do not particularly care for first person shooters, so, if Halo is strictly first person, what games for the 360 offer other points of view, I was considering the Rainbow six series. I am new to the XBox 360.

Well if it is that critical. The only 3rd person angles are when you are in control of mounted machine guns and vehicles.
