Is Halo 3 finally balanced?

In the way of, is there more than one of a good gun available at a time?(example in halo 2 only one person could be holding a shotgun at a time). In XBox live its not bad but playing with 4 people, they might as well of callled it holdtherocketlauncherthelongest 2 instead

Halo 3 is much more balanced.

- Assault Rifle as starting weapon makes it so you're never really at a disadvantage
- Weapons are now on a spawn time, so after a certain amount of time, a weapon will respawn regardless of who has it.
- Sword now has ammo, shorter lunge, and longer draw time (takes longer to switch to sword)
