is Halo 3 ODST a good game for xbox 360?

I have halo 3, and I enjoyed it. I have this coupon that gives me half off any used game I want, and I happen to come across a used copy of halo 3 ODST. Is this game any good? Do you still get to use vehicles and such like in halo 3? I noticed that you play as a new character, it seems cool, but I wanted to ask
