is it illegal to play Halo 3 if you are under the age of 17?

game producers doesn't care about the age of the person who is playing their game...
game labels were considered as guides for what age does that game can be played..
it already depends on the person if he or she is still going to buy that game or not..
its in your instincts that will decide not on the game producers...
