Is it true that there is going to be a halo movie?

ive heard rumors that there is going to be a halo movie but ive also heard there isnt. So is there or not?

The rumors started about a few (two) years back. First of all, bungee has claimed to make a halo movie and even created a trailer but the movie never came out and they seem to has canceled it. Second, I doubt a movie would come out, because there isnt enough story in the games for the movie and most of the plot has been already covered by the games.
