IS THE ONLINE FOR HALO 3 Really THAT GOOD?

Im thinking about trading in the GTA 4, for Halo 3 and play it online, i already played Halo 3 without live and i though it was quite boring, but people tell me that Halo 3 online is awesome .
What would you think?

Yeah its way better than online multiplayer for GTA....but I wouldn't trade it in. I wouldn't recommend playing Halo online if you don't have any experience though.

i ahve that game for live. its Amazzing. every weekend they make a new playlist so the game does not get boring but u have to pay microsoft points in order to get maps to play those playlists. a problem wiht halo3 online is that there is a lot of losers that play tto much but a good thing is that micsoft matches you up with ppl ur skill lvl.its better than gta4

I own both games, and I do think Halo 3 is better than GTA 4 online, but I don't think it's worth ditching GTA. Like people have said, Halo can be a pain online for new-comers, but I would try it out a while and see what you think before buying it.
