Is there a way to team up in Halo 3 lone wolves so that you can get the achievements?

I am ok at Halo but not nearly as great as the people that play in the lone wolves or ranked playlists. I heard there was a way to hook up with people in like lone wolves and ranked so that they can help you get the achievements. Does anyone know how that works or did i hear wrong??? I want the dumb Katana!!!

ok well thats kinda cheating but Im not going to flame you for it cause its hard.

ok first find some friends. then invite to private chat. make sure you level in lone wolves are about the same ex 36, 35, 37

then you change language to another country with a low halo population and then go to settings "X"( in matchmaking lobby) to select "people with same language"

change you language to armenian or something not common. then while keeping private chat on you can talk to your friends, play them and "cheat".

Also Im not sure if this method actually works. I heard about it.
