Is there any way i can find Halo (1 or 2) Mods for 'XBOX 360' using a USB drive?

I've seen that people in such games like CoD MW2 can mod their tags or weapons and stuff by downloading the Mods off the computer into a USB Drive and putting it on there xbox, now I'm a huge halo fan and I have seen many Halo 1 Mods (Campaign Only) where they change all the Marines into Spartins or Mod the look of the weapons (same goes for halo 2).

So does anyone know a site where i can find such mods like this i can use on the XBOX 360?
