Is there something special that i need to do to unlock the second audio Log in Halo

3: ODST? I found 28 audio logs but i couldn't find the 29th. I used a map to go over all the locations twice but no luck. So I made a new profile and started over. I found the first one but when I went to the second the ATM screen is turned off.
Also: I have never played the second disc because I don't have a live account yet.
