Modding halo 3 Game Varents... questions about host/not host?

So when you mod a halo three map is there any way that other people BESIDES you can see the mods on the map?


i know it workes for SOME things like Clones/tanks/pelicans and other things

what are the things that NONE hosts CANT see....
