My Halo 1 On PC Multiplayer Wont WORK?!!?

Halo 1 On My Pc says that I need an Update so i can play over the internet and when I install it, it says pease insert the correct Cd-rom What is going on i have the cd in there HELP ME PLS???!!!

do an unistall reinstall with an update from a differnet site it could be patch that is screwing up.there is also several different patches not sure if the 1.07 in cludes all other patches.may need to do a few patches
