I am trying to figure out how to get the IWHBYD Skull which is on "The Covenant." I jumped through all the rings in the order I was supposed to after I killed Truth, but the skull didn't show up. What am I doing wrong? Are there any modifiers that would have prevented the skull from appearing, like how the Catch Skull on "The Storm" disappears if you kill the Wraiths?
