New Halo 3 Maps on disk?

Can i buy the new maps for Halo 3 from a store or something?
Can i download them and store them onto my hard drive or what? It's just I don't have Xbox Live and I want those maps REALLY bad.

My friend went to Gamestop, and some chick there gave him a CD, when he got home he put it in, and to his surprise it was the maps, so im sure they do have em on a CD
