ok, i'm a commander grade 1 with highest skill 35 and 374 exp. now, in-game, for my "next promotion," it says "450 exp," but on my bungie.net page (http://www.bungie.net/Stats/Halo3/RankHistory.aspx?player=MeWrightUWrong1) it says "skill 40/400 or 450 exp." why does it say "skill 40/400"??
