I heard that after January 1st 2010 you can't recieve recon anymore. Is this true? Also, can you still get it by bungie recognizing something that you made(film,screenshot,map,etc.). If you have all the Vidmasters before then but don't get it until after Jan 1st can you still get it? My little cousin still has yet to finish his Vidmasters and that date is coming. I want to know if he could still get it.
P.S. He has only Lightswitch, Deja Vu, Annual, and Endure left to go. He really wants recon.
