Okay right now i'm decidind which game to buy... F.E.A.R or Halo 3 or Resident Evil?

right now i have 2 game systems Wii and Xbox360
but i only have enough money to buy one of those games.. please tell me which games are good and which games are bad.. tell me like the pros and cons and everything (example: well Halo 3 has better graphics but F.E.A.R is more fun to play)
