On halo 3, do you, or do you not, get recon for getting all achievements including

the recently added ones? This rumor has been going around forever and i want it answered. It seems illogical because of the requirements for recon but seems logical because some of the achievements are pretty hard, such as the vidmaster challenge where you have to beat the level Halo, on legendary, with the iron skull on and everyone in ghosts. This rumor is annoying.

you only get recon if you get the challenge achievements aka the 0 point ones like 7 points on the 7th, 4 players in ghosts and i think there's 1 or 2 more.
