On halo 3 someone said that bungie is going to to clear all exp on september 16th ?

uhh no..... they are changing the system to an exp system.... not true rank.... you keep your current exp but next to your name is like your EXP that you rank from... so its not a rank wipe....

there not clearing exp, however they are changing the leveling up system.

its hard to explain how the new system works but check out bungie.net and look at the updates page.

bungie are making hugeeee changes to the whole game on the AU2 update =]

and adding new achivements =]
