on halo wars how can i fight back against noobs and their b.s. rushes?

i thought the game was great until i played online and i constantly get attacked by rushes 10 min in the game there is basically no strategy and idk how they accumulate all that money because i have built only supply things right off the bat and have units go after crates but yet the enemy noob ends up like he had unlimited resources because he takes me before i can even collect 10,000 supply he has more than the map can support. usually its warthogs they rush with. and when they attack me no matter wat map it is they have 2X times more units then it allows? how can i stop them from Cheating and rushing so its a fair game?

P.S. im still stuck at lvl one because i get rushed in 5 to 10 min in the game ive just stopped playin the game because its just bs its a rip off i think and u hav no way to stop them.

In my personal experience, I have never encountered a cheater, but I see a lot of questions on it, so it is clearly a big thing.
I'm sure Ensemble will fix-- Oh, they shut down.
Maybe Microsoft will fix it. There is this guy on youtube that makes Halo Wars videos, and perhaps he may soon make a video on the cheaters, and what not.
