no you should get skill first its easier when your a low rank (it was for me) and then you need to get experience so i repeat ty to get a high skill up in the fortys or somethin its not that hard if you play a lot especially in lone wolves . . . you cant really on teams in ranked they will mess up and eventually run u into the ground. only thing good abouot socil is to hone your skills with different weapons.
