how can i beat ppl that constantly rush in the halo wars? its not fare and they cheat because they seem to have unlimited money and over the # of units they are allowed to have in the game.

Start off build all supply pads then make a barracks and just keep making marines then once you have a bunch of supplies racked up like over 2000 make a reactor and upgrade it. then keep doing the marrines upgrade untill you can get ODST troops.
