question about halo 3 and 1 ???

ok,at the end of the credits of halo 3 he goes on the ship and says wake me up when we get there or something like that but is halo 3 like the before of halo 1 because in the begining of halo 1 hes in the ship in the same thing he is in the end of 3 ?

No. The thing he entered is called a Cyro Tube. It freezes the subject to prolong aging and diesease. In Halo 1, he was on the Pillar of Auatum which also had Cyro Tubes. The PoA is not the only ship with Cyro Tubes.
