never ever coming out. never. not ever. as in not happening. 
last i heard it had been postponed indeffinately because the studio and producers and people were all arguing, peter jackson was lined up for it but apparently pulled out! so if they sort themselves out it will hopefully be back on! there is a 10min trailor on youtube, looks amazin!!

Bungie hasn't said anything about a Halo movie yet so don't get ur hopes high! In the meantime, read the books or watch Halo Live Action on YouTube.com
