i am a gunnery sergent and my skill level is 5. I know i can level up to a gunery sergent grade 2 at 60 expierence and then u can level to a luteniant at 70 expierence points only if your skill level is higher then 10. I have 53 expierence points and want to be a lutenent soon and i need to bost up my skill level. HOW DO YOU DO THAT AND CAN YOUR SKILL LEVEL GO DOWN??
