Record videos/screenshots of Halo 3?

How do I record videos and take screenshots whilst playing Halo 3? Also, if anyone knows how to increase your 'Higest Sill' on Xbox Live Matchmaking - I would love to know!!!!

go to theatre on the main lobby i think theres something like 15 of your most recent games there then u can just edit them take snap shots .

After you have just played a game go to the theater and you will be able to save different parts of the vid and take pics. To increase highest skill you need to play ranked games.
