Router problems while playing HALO 3?

I recently bought a Belkin Wireless Router to hook up my 360 but whenever I attempt to matchmake, a window appears that states my "NAT" is strict. Can anyone help me I don't know what to do I looked on the bungie website but I did not find anything useful. Please help
