ruined halo got scratched help should i buy 1 then take back the bad one?

halo got scratched by my xbox but nothing is wrong with x box it wont play anny thing should i buy 1 then take back the bad one
it was scrached by my x box should i take it back and swap the C D

If your xbox can read, on the dash, that it is a halo 3 disk... i would go rent a copy and burn it to your hard drive. as long as your xbox can see that your disk is a halo 3 disk, you can play the game from your harddrive. Hope you get it fixed

You can repair a video game.

If you do not feel confident in doing it yourself, a lot of video game shops will do it for less than $10.

You can't do that. Not just because it would be wrong, but because they won't refund you your money for it they would just replace it with one that wasn't scratched. Then you'd have 2.
Sorry, but you scratched it - it didn't come that way. You're just out of luck. You'll have to buy a new one.
