i would suggest it its a really fun game. IDK what ninja gaiden is but sure as hell don't get bourne conspiracy thats a joke of a game. If u dont mind third person then u wll really love this game.

Pro - Great story and single player
con - multiplayer gets a bit repetitive

I too like Halo and shoot em ups.

I bought Gears and around a week or two later, it was on ebay.

I just didnt like it how it was only 4 vs 4 online, the single player was good though.

Advantages:
Great graphics
Good story
Lots of detail
Intresting characters

Disadvantages:
It tends to get boring due to a lack of players online (as in 4 vs 4)
Overhyped loads so a bit of a disapointment
Short campagin

I would personally go with the bourne conspiracy as the demo was ace.
