The Halo 3 trailer?

Did anybody see the trailer for Halo 3? The big structure at the end of the movie is fimiliar. its obviously Forerunner architecture, but I can swear I have seen it somewhere else in the other two Halo games.

ok at the end of halo 2 the little robot guy ( for got what number he is) tells that there is something that activates all the rings at once. i belive that this is it on earth and the convenant have found it .
