video sharing on xbox live halo 3...?

can any xbox live user view the videos that i have saved on my profile?

Well, not exactly. What you do is save your video into your profile and than in option setting menu, there will be a option that lets you go to file share. When you're in it just pick the 6 files (video, picture, etc) that you are willing to let others view and download. I can't really think of how other people can access your videos without you doing this.
