what game do you think is better Gears Of War or Halo 3?

gears 1 is better, Gears 2 is trash compared to first, halo 3 is over rated.

Gears of War is more original.
Halo 3 has been just an updated version of existing story.

gears of war because it's more realistic in the way u play and stuff...halo has only to do with master cheif...in gears of war 2 u learn about all the character .. and even some of their problems like with dom and his wife.. and there is a lot more controls in gears of war 2

Definitely Gears of War!
I own both games and am proud to say that
gears of war has a very different style of gameplay that actually makes you feel like you're on the battle field
Halo 3 is like any other FPS

I like Gears Of War better. The reason being is that Halo 2 and Halo 3 are lacking in the storeline. They were too short and easy to beat. Halo 2 and 3 have more of a multiplayer aspect to them for downloading new maps to deathmatch on.

When i was play Gears of War, to me the game seem to last longer and the storyline was longer.

Both are good game but it also depends on your preferences. I do not play muitiplayer on xbox live and prefer the solo games over death matching. I done a lot of it on other games before halo and got tired of the death matching. I like a game with a long storyline.
