What is a good capture card i can use for my xbox 360 for a halo 3 montage?

I'm making a halo 3 montage of no scopes and triple kills, killtaculars, overkills etc. I have most of my clips but need a capture card with good quality to it. If u can send a link to bestbuy or circuit city that would be great. Thanks
